What: This group is open to any college student (or rising college student). The group will work to develop skills to help the transition and prepare them to launch in their new college environment. Topics covered: Values & Interests, Creating Boundaries, Time management, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and healthy conflict resolution.

Dates: 6 Weeks - June 5, 12, 19, 26   July 10, 17.

Times: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Cost: $60 per session - $360 total
