Helping a young person and families find hope, strength and resiliency through connection is what Adrienne loves about being a therapist. She is passionate about working alongside children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s hardships. Believing that when working with children and teens, working together with the family helps promote growth and change.

 

Adrienne has experience working with depression, school behavioral concerns, anxiety, trauma, sexual and physical abuse, divorce, and grief. She uses an experiential approach as she has found that allowing children and teens to process their experiences and emotions with a hands-on approach to be beneficial for healing. She incorporates evidence-based practices through play-based interventions, mindfulness practices, and person-centered therapy.

She has specific training in trauma for survivors of sexual and physical abuse.
