Since 2016, Kris has been dedicated to the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, driven by a genuine passion for aiding individuals as they navigate life's challenges. Kris is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for each client, where they can comfortably share their burdens. He actively listens to their stories, emphasizing strengths and supports, and provides tools to manage personal challenges, guiding clients towards achieving their goals.

 

Originally from Nashville, Kris attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After returning to Nashville, he spent 18 years working with youth and families in a ministry setting, developing and implementing a relational ministry. This experience highlighted the privilege of journeying with families through both joyful and challenging times. Motivated to deepen his connections and better connect with people, Kris shifted his focus, earning a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2016. In every session, Kris aims to infuse humor, empathy, and understanding to create a positive therapeutic experience for his clients.
