LPC-MHSP (t); Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor

Hey there, I’m Jenna!
I came to this work through my own lived experience with disability and chronic illness. Living in a body that doesn’t always match the world’s expectations has deeply shaped how I understand pain, resilience, and the need for genuine connection. I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel when your experiences aren’t fully seen or understood and how healing it can be to finally feel met with care.
When we work together, my hope is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to downplay your struggles or explain yourself in order to be supported here. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, grieving, or questioning your identity, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
My approach is eclectic and humanistic, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), clinical hypnosis, and trauma-informed care. I believe that therapy works best when it honors your full complexity and allows space for both insight and emotion, vulnerability and strength.
I work with adults navigating chronic illness, disability, grief and loss, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
