As humans, our childhood experiences profoundly shape our adult lives—for better or worse. Many experiences that have been normalized by society are not always recognized as traumatic, yet they can deeply influence how we see ourselves and interact with the world. In therapy, these are often discussed as “big T” traumas and “little t” traumas, both of which can have lasting impacts on our growth, relationships, and overall well-being.

I work with individuals ages 18 and older who are navigating the challenges that stem from these experiences—especially when they begin to interfere with daily functioning, emotional balance, and a sense of self.

My counseling approach draws from attachment theory and a strength-based perspective, while also integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel both safe and understood, and I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth.

My goal is to create a trusting, collaborative, and supportive environment where clients can uncover resilience, process difficult experiences, and move toward living more empowered, fulfilling lives.
